Si estáis buscando una tarta sencilla, rápida y que os deje delante de vuestros invitados como perfectos anfitriones sin duda tenéis que hacer esta tarta de frutos rojos y queso mascarpone. Para esta tarta de frutos rojos hemos usado fresas y frambuesas, pero podéis añadir arándanos, moras, cerezas o cualquier otra fruta que os apetezca.
Es importante que sepáis que la crema es dulzona, pero lógicamente las fresas tienen su punto de acidez lo cual hace un contraste estupendo, pero no es apto para todos los paladares. Si queréis que los frutos rojos queden algo menos ácidos podéis ponerlos en un bol con azúcar un par de horas antes para restar un poco de esa acidez. Nosotros hacemos esta tarta de frutos rojos con nuestra receta de base para tartas, pero si queréis algo mas rápido podéis usar la masa quebrada que venden en los supermercados.
Ingredientes
- 1 masa brisa
- 300gr frutos rojos
- 4 huevos talla M
- 160gr azúcar
- 50gr harina
- 250gr queso mascarpone
Tarta de frutos rojos elaboración
- Extendemos la masa y engrasamos el molde que vayamos a usar para nuestra tarta de frutos rojos.
- Forramos el molde redondo con la masa y pinchamos con un tenedor la base para evita que suba.
- Mientras preparamos la crema llevamos la masa al horno y la cocinamos durante 5 minutos a 200ºC. Si vemos que la masa comienza a estar cocida sin llegar a estar dorada la sacamos del horno.
- En bol batimos los huevos con el azúcar hasta que la mezcla doble su tamaño. Agregamos el queso y la harina tamizada y seguimos batiendo hasta que todo quede completamente integrado.
- Lavamos, cortamos y secamos bien las frutas que elijamos para nuestra tarta. Es importante que las frutas estén bien secas.
- Sobre la masa volcamos la crema y disponemos las frutas. Llevamos de nuevo al horno y cocinamos durante 50 minutos a 160ºC.
- Antes de desmoldar la dejamos enfriar completamente para evitar que se nos rompa la tarta de frutos rojos.
