- 200g de calamar cortado en anillas

- 1 puerro
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 1 pimiento verde
- 1 zanahoria
- 80ml de aceite de oliva
- 175ml de vino blanco
- 2l de agua
- 100g de pimiento verde
- 1 cucharadita de postre de pulpa de pimiento choricero
- Sal (al gusto)
- Pimienta negra molida (al gusto)
Cómo hacer sopa de marisco casera
- Limpia las almejas y los mejillones y ponlos en un bol con agua fría y sal durante 30 minutos para que suelten la arena.
- Pela y pica la cebolla y los ajos. Lava y corta los pimientos, la zanahoria y el puerro en cubos pequeños.
- En una olla grande, calienta un poco de aceite de oliva y sofríe la cebolla y los ajos hasta que estén dorados.
- Agrega los pimientos, la zanahoria y el puerro y sofríe durante 5 minutos más.
- Agrega el calamar y sofríe durante 5 minutos más.
- Agrega el vino blanco y deja cocinar durante 5 minutos más.
- Agrega el agua, la pulpa de pimiento choricero, la sal y la pimienta negra molida y deja cocinar a fuego medio durante 20 minutos.
- Agrega los langostinos, las almejas y los mejillones y cocina durante 5 minutos más o hasta que los mariscos se abran.
- Sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto.
Sirve caliente y disfruta.
Consejos para hacer más sabrosa la sopa de marisco
