Solomillo de cerdo al ajo negro. La receta de hoy es ideal para esas comidas especiales en las que no nos apetece liarnos demasiado y queremos quedar como perfectos anfitriones. Esta receta es perfecta para esas ocasiones por varios motivos. El primero es que aunque cada vez se conoce más el ajo negro aún es terreno inexplorado para muchos. La segunda razón y la más importante por cuestiones gustativas es su sabor ahumado inconfundible.
Vais a ver que la receta es muy sencilla. Sin duda está inspirada en el sencillo y riquísimo solomillo al queso cabrales que siempre es una apuesta segura. Podéis acompañar el solomillo de cerdo con mil salsas distintas, todas ellas deliciosas, pero sin duda el sabor de esta os va a conquistar.
Ingredientes para 4 personas
- 3 solomillos de cerdo limpios
- 10 dientes de ajo negro
- 400ml nata para cocinar (crema de leche)
- pimienta
- sal
- aceite de oliva
Solomillo de cerdo al ajo negro elaboración
- Para esta receta es importante que los solomillos que vamos a utilizar estén bien limpios. Por eso conviene pegarles un buen repaso y retirar la grasa que pueda quedar en la carne.
- Cortamos los solomillos de cerdo en medallones de aproximadamente dos dedos de grosor y los salpimentamos. L
- a sellamos los medallones en una sartén bien caliente con un poco de aceite a fuego fuerte. Sacamos del fuego y reservamos.
- Ponemos un poco más de aceite en la sartén, añadimos los dientes de ajo negro enteros y los hacemos durante un par de minutos.
- Transcurrido este tiempo volvemos a poner la carne en la sartén con los ajos, agregamos la nata y subimos el fuego.
- Trituramos los ajos negros con la nata.
- Dejamos reducir y ya tenemos listo nuestro solomillo de cerdo al ajo negro que podemos servir por ejemplo con unas patatas fritas y unos pimientos.
