Esta es de esas recetas clásicas con las que sabes que el éxito está garantizado. Con estas salchichas al vino sucede como con el pollo al ajillo, que con muy pocos ingredientes y todos ellos muy humildes tiene un plato estupendo al que tan solo le falta una guarnición que esté a la altura. Y aunque como plato las salchichas al vino son perfectas, en un bocata están de miedo!!
Esta receta no tiene truco, pero si exige que elijamos una materia prima de calidad. Por eso os recomiendo que las salchichas que uséis para la elaboración de este plato sean las salchichas de vuestra carnicería de confianza. Y si las salchichas han de ser de calidad el vino no puede ser menos. Ya que es el otro ingrediente principal y uno de los protagonistas la mejor opción es elegir un vino que tenga cierta calidad.
Ingredientes para 4 raciones de salchichas al vino
- 250g de salchichas frescas
- 1 cebolla grande
- aceite de oliva
- ½ pastilla de caldo de carne (opcional)
- 1 vaso de vino blanco
- orégano
- 2 dientes de ajo
Salchichas al vino elaboración
- Para empezar a elaborar las salchichas al vino empezaremos cortando todos los ingredientes. Las salchichas las cortaremos en tres o cuatro trozos. Los ajos los laminamos y la cebolla la cortamos en pluma.
- A continuación ponemos dos o tres cucharadas de aceite de oliva en una sartén. Cuando el aceite esté caliente doramos los ajos. Una vez que los ajos estén dorados añadimos la cebolla y la pochamos hasta que esté transparente.
- En ese momento agregamos las salchichas cortadas y las cocinamos con el resto de ingredientes removiendo de vez en cuando. Esto puede tardar entre 8 y 10 minutos o hasta que estén ligeramente doradas.
- Para continuar con la elaboración de las salchichas al vino agregamos un puñado de orégano. Removemos para mezclar bien todos los ingredientes. Después añadimos el vino, subimos el fuego y cocinamos hasta que el alcohol se evapore. Opcionalmente, cuando agregamos el vino añadimos media pastilla de caldo de carne.
- Este proceso tardará entre 10 y 12 minutos dependiendo de lo fuerte que este fuego. Es importante no perderlas de vista para que no se nos queden completamente secas. Una vez que el vino reduzca ya podemos servir nuestras riquísimas y sencillas salchichas al vino.
