Queso frito con mermelada de tomate. Si os gustan las tapas sencilla, rápidas y resultonas sin duda el queso frito es lo que estabais buscando. Con tan solo tres ingredientes el resultado es sorprendente. Lo mejor es que se puede comer solo, pero si lo acompañamos con una gelatina de Pedro Ximénez o violetas o una buena mermelada casera es la bomba. Personalmente me gusta acompáñalo con mermelada de tomate casera. Pero le va genial cualquier mermelada que os guste como por ejemplo una confitura de frutos rojos, de higos, de fresa, etc…
Se puede hacer queso frito con cualquier tipo de queso que os guste. Aunque si no es un queso fresco es mucho mejor un rebozado de pan rallado y huevo. Por eso me gusta hacer esta receta con queso fresco, porque queda mucho más ligero, menos graso y la textura que le da la fritura al queso fresco me encanta.
Ingredientes para 4 personas
- 1 queso fresco con sal de 230g
- harina de todo uso
- aceite para freír
Queso frito elaboración
- Para comenzar a elaborar el queso frito lo primero que debemos hacer es retirar todo el suero del queso.
- Después lo dejamos sobre un colador durante al menos 20 minutos para que escurra el suero que pueda quedar.
- A continuación cortamos el queso en porciones de bocado.
- Después pasamos los trozos de queso por harina para enharínalos y que al freír el queso tenga esa característica corteza dorada.
- Después ponemos aceite en una sartén a fuego medio. Una vez que el aceite esté caliente vamos haciendo los trozos de queso tengan un dorado uniforme.
- Cuando estén hechos los retiramos sobre un papel de cocina absorbente para evitar el exceso de aceite.Este queso debe servirse mientras está caliente.
Finalmente servimos los trozos de queso con mermelada de nuestro sabor favorito y ya podemos degustar un delicioso y sencillo queso frito.
