Patatas gratinadas. No sabía muy bien cómo llamar a esta receta. Esto es algo que me suele suceder cuando cocino sobre la marcha pillando todo lo que encuentro por la nevera y este es el caso de estas patatas gratinadas. Sin duda estas es una receta de batalla ideal cuando tienes invitados o sois muchos a la mesa.
Estas patatas gratinadas pueden ser una guarnición estupenda o servirse como plato único. En cualquier caso ojo porque son muy calóricas, con lo que no es un plato recomendable para comer cada día. Si os apetece podéis servirlas con salsa agria, que les da un toque genial.
Ingredientes para 4 personas
- 3 patatas grandes
- 10 lonchas finas de beicon
- 1 cebolla
- 200g mozzarella y gouda al 50%
- pimienta
- sal
- aceite de oliva
- ajo en polvo
- perejil
Patatas gratinadas elaboración
- Lo primero que haremos es hornear las tiras de beicon a 200 grados centígrados hasta que estén doradas y crujientes.
- Una vez estén listas las sacamos sobre papel de cocina absorbente y las reservamos.
- Podéis reservar la grasa del beicon y sustituirla por el aceite de oliva. Pero a mí me parecen que son mucho más saludables cocinadas con aceite en vez de grasa. Pero lo dejo a vuestra elección.
- Pelamos, lavamos y cortamos las patatas en cubitos medianos y las cocemos 5 minutos en agua hirviendo con un poco de sal. Transcurrido ese tiempo las sacamos y dejamos escurrir.
- Engrasamos una fuente de horno con aceite de oliva. Ponemos las patatas, con la cebolla muy picada, aceite de oliva, ajo en polvo, sal y pimienta al gusto. Removemos y llevamos al horno durante 25 o 30 minutos con calor arriba y abajo.
- Cuando estén doradas las sacamos y añadimos el beicon cortado, el queso y de nuevo mezclamos para que todo quede bien repartido.
- Terminamos con un buen puñado de perejil fresco y tenemos listas para comer unas deliciosas patatas gratinadas.
