Pastel de jamón y queso. Qué socorridos son este tipo de de pasteles salados. Me gustan porque en un momento tienes lista una comida casi sin pensarlo. Esta receta es muy práctica para esos días en los que apenas hay tiempo de nada y necesitamos tener algo casi listo que solo sea calentar y nada más.
Este pastel de jamón y queso resulta ideal para estas ocasiones por varios motivos. El primero es que se puede quedar hecho y calentarlo antes de comer. Pero es que está delicioso si lo metemos en la tostadora unos minutos y lo tomamos con un sándwich. Si este pastel salado os gusta os recomiendo que no perdáis el pastel individual de pan bimbo. Os encantará!
Ingredientes para 4 personas
- 12 rebanadas de pan de molde
- 2 cucharadas soperas de mostaza antigua
- 1 brick de tomate frito
- 2 huevos talla M
- 12 o 15 lonchas de jamón serrano
- 50ml leche semidesnatada
- 200g queso emmental
- pimienta
- sal
- 200g queso mozzarella
Elaboración del pastel de jamón y queso
- En primer lugar batimos los huevos con la mostaza, la leche, un poco de pimienta y sal al gusto. Reservamos. A continuación engrasamos un molde de plum cake.
- Quitamos la corteza del pan. Posteriormente mojamos 4 rebanadas de pan y lo ponemos en el molde.
- Seguidamente ponemos tomate frito sobre el pan y lo extendemos con ayuda de una cuchara. Sobre el tomate ponemos la mitad del jamón york. A continuación espolvoreamos con mozzarella y emmental teniendo en cuenta que necesitamos repartir en 4 veces la cantidad total de los quesos.
- Del mismo modo repetimos la operación. Mojamos el pan, sobre este ponemos tomate, jamón y el queso. Finalmente terminamos con 4 rebanadas mas de pan mojado en la mezcla y sobre este ponemos el queso restante.
- Lo siguiente es llevar el pastel de jamón y queso al horno precalentado a 180 grados centígrados. A continuación horneamos durante 25 o 30 minutos dependiendo de cada horno. Y ya podemos servir nuestro pastel de jamón y queso.
