- 3 cucharadas soperas de harina de garbanzos
- 3 cucharadas soperas de agua mineral
- un buen puñado de cilantro
- sal
- aceite para freír
Cómo hacer onion bhaji
- Para comenzar a elaborar estas onion bhaji, lo primero que debes hacer es cortar las cebollas en pluma. Luego, corta el chile y el ajo. Pica el cilantro muy finamente y reserva todos los ingredientes.
- A continuación, pon la cebolla en un bol. Agrégale un puñado de sal y aprieta la cebolla para que quede un poco más blandita. Déjala reposar unos minutos.
- Después, agrega a las cebollas cortadas el resto de los ingredientes: el cilantro, el chile picado, el ajo cortado, las especias, la harina de garbanzos y finalmente el agua. Mezcla bien con las manos y toma pequeños puñados, apretándolos para darles la típica forma de estos buñuelos de cebolla.
