Estas mini pizzas son perfectas para cenas informales en familia o un aperitivo original con amigos. Aunque las mías son de queso y cebolla, vosotros podéis hacerlas con vuestras combinaciones de ingredientes favoritas, ya que la filosofía de esta receta es usar obleas para empanadillas y los ingredientes que tengáis en casa.
Siempre podemos hacer nosotros mismos la masa de la pizza y hasta la masa para empanadillas casera, que por cierto está mucho más rica y queda mucho mejor que las obleas industriales, pero de este modo son mucho más rápidas de hacer, con lo cual son ideales para salir del paso con algo rico, rápido y que guste a todo el mundo.
Ingredientes
- 1 paquete de obleas para empanadillas
- 1 cebolla
- 12 hojas de albahaca fresca
- 24 bolitas de mini mozzarella
- 1 tomate
Mini pizzas elaboración
- Para comenzar a elaborar las mini pizzas precalentamos el horno a 180ºC.
- Continuamos picando la cebolla en brunoise y la reservamos.
- Cortamos el tomate en rodajas y también lo reservamos.
- Después ponemos sobre la bandeja del horno (previamente forrada con papel vegetal) las obleas.
- Sobre estas ponemos la cebolla picada, una rodaja de tomate y dos bolitas de mozzarella.
- Las llevamos al horno durante 8 minutos aproximadamente.
- Una vez que las saquemos ponemos una hoja de albahaca sobre cada mini pizza y ya las tenemos listas para servir.
