Cómo hacer milanesa de pollo napolitana. Esta receta es súper fácil y gusta a todo el mundo. Hacer una buena milanesa no tiene ningún secreto. Pero lo mejor de este plato es que podemos dejarlo listo un ratito antes de comer a falta de darle el último toque en el horno. Lo que además de fundir el queso hará que queden unas milanesas de pollo a la napolitana mucho más ricas y crujientes.
Mi milanesa napolitana de hoy es de pollo, pero esto es un poco cuestión de gustos. Y aunque lo más habitual es hacerla con carne de ternera, se puede elaborar también con cerdo o como os comentaba con pechuga de pollo. Para terminar os comento un dato curioso, para aquellos a los que os guste salir un poco de lo habitual. Generalmente la Milanesa de pollo napolitana se hace con pan rallado, pero personalmente me gusta darle un toque distinto añadiendo unos nachos a la mezcla del pan rallado.
Ingredientes para 4 personas
- 4 filetes de pollo
- 2 huevos talla M
- harina
- pan rallado
- un puñado de nachos (opcional)
- ajo en polvo
- orégano
- 2 bolas de mozzarella de búfala fresca
- salsa de tomate casera
- sal
- pimienta
- aceite para freír
Milanesa a la napolitana elaboración
- Lo primero que tenemos que hacer para comenzar a elaborar la milanesa de pollo napolitana es poner los filetes entre dos papeles film. A continuación, con una espalmadera vamos a golpear la carne para que nos queden unos filetes más grandes y finos.
- Ahora batimos el huevo. En otro platos si decidís agregar nachos los trituramos con el pan rallado, añadís ajo en polvo al gusto y un poco de orégano. Finalmente disponemos otro plato con harina.
- Una vez que los filetes estén finos los salpimentamos. Más tarde pasamos cada uno de los filetes en este orden. Primero por harina, después por huevo batido y finalmente por el pan rallado. Procurando que el pollo quede completamente empanado.
- Freímos las milanesas en aceite caliente, sin hacerlas demasiado y las sacamos sobre papel de cocina absorbente para retirar el exceso de aceite.
- Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados centígrados solo con el gratinador. Mientras el horno alcanza la temperatura deseada vamos a terminar de preparar las milanesas a la napolitana. Para ello ponemos papel vegetal en una fuente para horno y sobre este ponemos los filetes.
- Sobre cada filete empanado vamos a poner salsa de tomate casera y unas rodajas de mozzarella fresca. Después horneamos entre 8 y 10 minutos o hasta que el queso quede fundido.
