Masa básica para pizza. Cuántas veces nos hemos comido una pizza en alguna pizzería que nos ha hecho plantearnos que su principal y más rico ingrediente era la calidad de la masa de la que estaba hecha esa rica pizza. Por este mismo motivo hoy nos hemos propuesto enseñaros a hacer una masa para pizza muy sencilla que seguramente se convierta a partir de ahora en vuestra base preferida para nuestras pizzas.
Seguro que muchos de vosotros tenéis instaurado un día oficial de la pizza en casa. Quizás esto os suene mucho más a los que tenéis peques en casa. Haciendo esta masa básica de pizza en casa podemos añadir los ingredientes que más nos gustan o usarla como cebo para que los niños coman verduras. Por eso esta receta es otra forma ingeniosa para que ellos no se quejen y que coman de todo mediante el método del camuflaje.
Ingredientes
- 250gr de harina
- 1/2 vaso de agua caliente
- 1/2 vaso de aceite de oliva
- 1/4 de sobre de levadura
- sal
Masa básica elaboración
- En un bol ponemos la harina, añadimos el agua caliente y el sobre de levadura. Dejamos que la levadura fermente.
- Una vez levantada (un par de minutos) añadimos la sal y el aceite y amasamos.
- Sacamos la masa del bol y la trabajamos añadiendo harina hasta obtener una masa elástica que no se pegue en la tabla.
- Dejamos reposar de 5 a 10 minutos tapada con un trapo de cocina. Mientras tanto, podemos ir preparando los ingredientes para nuestra pizza.
- Extendemos la masa en la bandeja de horno. Encima de esta ponemos la salsa de tomate casera y el resto de ingredientes que nos apetezca ponerle a nuestra pizza.
- Después, horneamos a 200 grados centígrados entre 20 y 25 minutos o hasta que esté dorada y a tu gusto. Sacamos La pizza del horno y lista para comer.
