Cómo hacer magdalenas de aceite. Hoy nos las veremos con unas magdalenas de aceite de oliva que son la mar de sencillas de elaborar. Las magdalenas en general son ideales para el desayuno o la merienda. También para darnos un capricho de vez en cuando mientras tomamos un café. Aunque para estas magdalenas de aceite hemos usado piel de lima y naranja podéis añadir una ralladura del vuestro cítrico favorito o alguna esencia que os guste.
Y es que algunas veces nos complicamos la vida con recetas complicadisimas sin necesidad, porque lo tradicional siempre es un acierto. Pero es que si quieres probar algo realmente especial tan solo hay que untar estas magdalenas de aceite de oliva con un poquito de crema de cacao, lemon curd o alguna mermelada que sea de tu agrado y veras que maravilla. Seguro que habéis escuchado mas de una vez aquello de menos es mas y a esta receta le va como anillo al dedo.
Ingredientes
- 3 huevos
- 75gr azúcar
- 1 dl aceite
- 7 gramos de levadura en polvo
- 175 gramos de harina
- Ralladura de naranja y lima
- canela y azúcar para finalizar
Magdalenas de aceite elaboración
- En un bol batimos los huevos con el azúcar y la ralladura del cítrico hasta que la mezcla doble su tamaño. Incorporamos el aceite de oliva y la levadura de los cítricos. A continuación batimos todo de nuevo y vamos añadiendo la harina poco a poco.
- Una vez conseguida una masa densa y sin grumos rellenamos las cápsulas con la mezcla de las magdalenas de aceite de oliva.
- Espolvoreamos con azúcar y canela, las metemos en el horno precalentado a 180 °C durante 16 minutos aproximadamente.
- Recordar que cada horno es un mondo y unos van a necesitar mas tiempo de cocción que otros, por eso conviene vigilar las magdalenas de vez en cuando. Es importante no abrir la puerta del horno los 10 primero minutos para evitar que se bajen las magdalenas.
Una vez doradas las magdalenas de aceite dejar enfriar antes de servir.
