Ingredientes para 4 personas
Para la salsa
- 250 g de carne picada (mezcla al 50% de vacuno y cerdo para un sabor óptimo)

- 3 ramas de apio

- 300 ml de vino tinto
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- ½ cucharadita pequeña de sal
- ½ cucharadita pequeña de pimienta
- 1 cucharada de orégano
- 2 hojas de laurel
- 500 g de tomate triturado
- Aceite de oliva
Para la pasta
- 400 g de macarrones
- Agua
- Sal
- Aceite de oliva
Cómo hacer macarrones boloñesa
- Calienta aceite de oliva en una sartén a fuego alto y agrega la carne picada. Cocina durante 10 minutos para resaltar los sabores.
- Pica los dientes de ajo y la cebolla. Luego, baja el fuego a medio y añade el ajo, seguido de la cebolla. Cocina durante 5 minutos para despegar los jugos pegados de la sartén.
