Si hay una receta con pollo que siempre gusta a todos, esa sin duda son los Fingers de pollo. Y es que todos disfrutamos de un rico pollo rebozado o pollo empanado, gusta tanto a niños como a mayores, siendo muy sencillos de elaborar. Por ello y para que renoveis unos de vuestros clásicos de pollo empanado favoritos vengo con esta receta de pollo crujiente con un toque delicioso que no podéis dejar de probar.
Si habitualmente compráis fingers de pollo congelados(listos para freír) os puedo garantizar que cuando probéis estos no volveréis a comprarlos nunca más. Las ventajas de preparar en casa nuestros propios tenders de pollo es que sabemos lo que estamos comiendo en todo momento, podemos darles diferentes sabores, son mucho más económicos y evitamos los conservantes y estabilizantes que suelen tener las comidas procesadas.
Este pollo frito crujiente combina bien con diferentes salsas como la salsa barbacoa, la salsa de yogur o una sencilla mayonesa casera. Aunque os recomiendo que primero los probeis sin mojarlos en ninguna, porque el sabor que les da el marinado es sencillamente brutal. La combinación de la soja con el sabor dulce de la miel hacen un contraste deliciosamente adictivo.

Ingredientes para 2 personas
- 1 pechuga de pollo
- 1 cucharada de miel
- 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja(soya)
- 1/2 cucharada de ajo en polvo
- 1 huevo talla M
- pan rallado
- pimienta molida (al gusto)
Cómo hacer finger de pollo
- Comenzamos cortando la pechuga de pollo en tiras.
- Después en un bol pondremos los ingredientes para hacer el marinado(huevo, soja, pimienta, miel y ajo en polvo). Batimos la mezcla con unas varillas hasta integrar todos los ingredientes.
- A continuación añadiremos las tiras del pollo al recipiente del marinado que acabamos de hacer, procurando que queden bien cubiertas. Entonces las llevamos al refrigerador y las dejamos reposar durante al menos un par horas.
- Transcurrido este tiempo pasamos las tiras de pollo por pan rallado, debemos asegurarnos que queden bien cubiertas para conseguir un rebozado firme y crujiente.
- Calentamos a fuego medio abundante aceite en una sartén y las iremos friendo en tandas. Cuando estén doradas las vamos sacando a un plato con papel de cocina absorbente para retirarles el exceso de aceite.
