Cómo hacer ensalada de pepino y yogur. Este es un entrante muy sencillo que se prepara en un momento, ni siquiera se tarda un minuto en tenerlo listo para sentarse a la mesa. Es una guarnición muy sencilla perfecta para carnes y pescados a la plancha. Otra de las ventajas de esta ensalada es que es muy ligera, ya que la salsa que la acompaña es muy poco calórica, y ya sabéis que el pepino es casi en su totalidad agua. Lo que la convierte en la ensalada perfecta cuando estamos a dieta.
Veréis que la combinación de ingredientes es sencillamente sublime, ya que el yogur y el pepino se complementan perfectamente y el resto de ingredientes hace de esta ensalada de pepino y yogur un conjunto maravilloso. Además la salsa de esta ensalada es perfecta para servir patatas al horno, cualquier tipo de ensalada, un pollo a la plancha, unas berenjenas fritas o cualquier receta que requiera una salsa fresca.
Ingredientes para 2 personas
- 1 pepino
- 1 yogur natural
- 1 cucharada de vinagre de manzana
- 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra
- 1/2 cucharada de ajo en polvo
- 1/2 cucharada de cebolla en polvo
- 1/2 cucharada de cilantro en polvo
- 1/2 cucharada de perejil seco
- 1/2 cucharada de orégano
- Pimienta al gusto
- Sal al gusto
- Un puñado de alcaparras
Ensalada de pepino y yogur elaboración
- Para comenzar a elaborar la ensalada de pepino y yogur lo primero que debemos hacer es lavar muy bien el pepino, ya que lo vamos a servir con piel. Después lo cortaremos en rodajas finas.
- A continuación a elaborar la salsa de yogur. Para ello en un bol pondremos 1 yogur natural, el vinagre, el aceite de oliva, el ajo en polvo, la cebolla en polvo, el cilantro en polvo, el perejil seco, pimienta y sal al gusto. Después removemos hasta integrar completamente todos los ingredientes.
- Después vamos a disponer el pepino en un plato montando ligeramente las rodajas hasta cubrir por completo el plato. Aliñamos con la salsa de yogur y agregamos un puñado de alcaparras al gusto.
Y ya podemos servir nuestra ensalada de pepino y yogur.
