Has mezclado agua y aceite sin querer en tu sartén?. Mezclar agua y aceite que vamos a calentar puede parecer un sin sentido, pero sin embargo es algo muy común ya que es fácil que nos pase algo así en la cocina por varias cuestiones: La primera y más común que la sartén que vayamos a usar no este del todo seca y sin darnos cuenta ponemos el aceite a calentar. Otros motivo que se repiten con cierta frecuencia es, por ejemplo tener las manos mojadas y que nos caiga alguna gota de agua al aceite o que al lavar las patatas que vayamos a freír mezclamos el agua sobrante de estas con el aceite sin querer.
Lo que pasa al mezclar ambos elementos es que al calentarse el aceite salpica y puede ocasionarnos grabes quemaduras, pues agua y aceite tienen diferentes densidades y temperaturas, al agua baja y se evapora al mismo tiempo formando burbujas que salen de manera precipitada y explosiva en la cocción. Lo que muchos cocinillas no saben es que esto es mucho más sencillo de evitar de lo que pueda parecer y que hay 2 formas de evitar ese chisporroteo que os vamos a contar a continuación.
Como evitar salpicaduras al mezcla agua y aceite
Existen dos elementos que seguro que encontramos en cualquier cocina capaces de evitar salpicaduras, uno de ellos es la sal y el otro la harina ambos muy presentes en elaboraciones muy cotidianas. Para evitar salpicaduras tan solo debemos elegir uno y añadir un puñadito al aceite, de este modo el ingrediente seleccionado absorberá la humedad yéndose al fondo de la sartén y evitando que podamos quemarnos.
Nosotros os recomendamos que optéis por la sal, el motivo es muy lógico con la sal nos aseguramos que no mancharemos el aceite como si que nos sucederá con la harina. La harina hace la misma función al calentar agua y aceite pero nos manchara el aceite con rapidez dejándolo inservible para una futura re-utilización. Con lo cual aunque el propósito sea el mismo, la sal es mucho más efectiva. Seguro que la próxima vez que mezcléis agua y aceite os acordáis de este sencillo truco de cocina.
