Champiñones al vino. Esta receta de champiñones es ideal como guarnición de una carne o pescado a la plancha o sencillamente para servirla con unos huevos poché. Los champiñones siempre son una buena alternativa cuando estamos a dieta o para para la cena. Esto es debido a que poseen un alto poder saciante y nos ayudan a comer de un modo mas moderado y a sentirnos saciados mucho antes.
Los champiñones al vino también son una tapa muy sana y rica para tomar con una cerveza a la hora del aperitivo. Además, como lleva muy poco tiempo preparar unos champiñones al vino no hay que pensarlo mucho para ponerse manos a la obra. Esta receta se puede hacer con otras setas como unas setas de ostra o unos níscalos. Ya veréis que ricos!
Ingredientes para 4 personas
- 500g champiñones
- 150g jamón serrano
- 3 dientes de ajo
- 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
- media taza de vino blanco seco
- medio limón
- perejil picado
- pimienta blanca molida
- sal

En primer lugar limpiamos los champiñones. Los cortamos a nuestro gusto. Para esta receta podemos córtalos en láminas, en cuartos o dejarlos enteros, esto depende del gusto de cada uno. Los rociamos con el zumo del limón De este modo no se pondrán negros. Eso si, es muy importante lavarlos bien antes de cocinarlos para quitarles el sabor acido del limon.
Freimos los ajos picados en aceite templado durante un par de minutos. Agregamos el jamón cortado en tiritas. Removemos con una cuchara de madera y añadimos los champiñones.
Agregamos un poco de pimienta blanca y la sal. Agregamos el vino y lo dejamos cocer a fuego lento entre 8 ó 10 minutos, hasta que el alcohol del vino se evapore por completo. Espolvoreamos los champiñones al vino con perejil picado antes de servirlos y listos para comer!
