El bizcocho mármol o bizcocho marmolado es muy fácil y rápido de elaborar, se hacer sin dificultad alguna y resulta muy vistoso, por lo que es perfecto cuando tenemos invitados en casa. Es ideal para desayunos y meriendas o para acompañar un café.
Su curioso aspecto bicolor se debe ala combinación de la misma masa en dos colores, una que dejamos en su color natural y otra que «teñimos» agregando un poquito de cacao.

Ingredientes
- 140gr de harina
- 2 huevos
- 100gr de azúcar
- 20gr de cacao amargo
- 115gr de mantequilla
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar
- media bolsita de levadura
Bizcocho mármol elaboración
- Ponemos la mantequilla un bol y añadimos el azúcar. Trabajamos la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente junto con el azúcar hasta que la mezcla se vuelva de color blanco. Continuamos agregando los huevos de uno en uno y el último ingrediente que vamos a incorporar será la harina mezclada con la levadura previamente tamizadas.
- Dividimos la masa en dos, añadimos a una de ellas el cacao y lo mezclamos hasta que esté completamente integrado.
- En un molde para bizcochos iremos alternando capas de las dos masas para conseguir el típico efecto del bizcocho mármol. Lo metemos en el horno precalentado a 180 grados entre 40 a 45 minutos. Cuando esté listo lo sacamos del horno y lo dejamos enfriar durante 10 minutos. Transcurrido ese tiempo lo desmoldamos sobre una rejilla y lo dejamos enfriar.
Consejo para hacer un buen bizcocho mármol
Para desmoldar mejor el bizcocho, es mejor poner un papel de horno al molde antes de la masa, así evitamos desgracias en el momento de desmoldar y es mucho mas limpio, ademas siempre que vayamos a desmoldar cualquier bizcocho conviene dejarlo hasta que se enfríe por completo.
