Cómo hacer bizcocho de cacao esponjoso. Los bizcochos caseros siempre son perfectos para los desayunos y las meriendas semanales. Si, además estos son de chocolate, gustan mucho más. El bizcocho casero que os traigo hoy es una variante del famoso bizcocho de yogur tradicional, pero en esta ocasión con un irresistible toque de cacao. Una forma perfecta de introducir el cacao puro sin azúcar en la dieta de los más peques.
Como todas mis recetas de repostería casera, este bizcocho de chocolate o cacao es muy sencillo de elaborar. Tan solo tenéis que seguir mis indicaciones y obtendréis una deliciosa torta de chocolate, para disfrutarla en familia. Por cierto, yo he usado una budinera de cristal, pero podéis usar un molde redondo sin problema. Lo ideal es que este tenga entre 21-23 cm de diámetro. Dicho esto vamos con la receta.
Ingredientes para el bizcocho
- 3 huevos talla L
- 125g de yogur griego
- 170g de harina de repostería
- 50g de cacao puro en polvo sin azúcar
- 15g de levadura química o polvos de hornear
- 85ml de aceite de girasol
- 175g de azúcar
- azúcar glas para decorar
Bizcocho de cacao elaboración
- Para comenzar a elaborar el bizcocho de cacao vamos a precalentar el horno a 180º centígrados para que cuando tengamos la masa hecha, el horno esté caliente.
- Después ponemos los huevos y el azúcar en un bol y los batimos con ayuda de unas varillas eléctricas hasta que la mezcla blanquee y doble su volumen.
- A continuación vamos agregar el aceite en forma de hilo. Debemos hacerlo sin dejar de batir. Una vez que el aceite esté completamente integrado añadimos el yogur griego y batimos lo justo para que se integre con el resto de ingredientes. Desde este momento ya no vamos a usar las varillas eléctricas.
- Ahora ponemos en un bol la harina, el cacao y la levadura. Removemos hasta mezclar bien todos los ingredientes. Después vamos a ir añadiendolo a la mezcla anterior, al tiempo que vamos tamizando.
- Cuando tengamos todos los ingredientes sólidos en la masa vamos a mezclarlos con unas varillas manuales. Lo haremos hasta que todo quede perfectamente integrado, mediante movimientos suaves y envolventes para que la masa no pierda aire y nos quede un bizcocho de cacao más suave y esponjoso.
- Debemos engrasar muy bien el molde con mantequilla o aceite de girasol. Después espolvoreamos un poco de cacao, para que sea más sencillo desmoldar el bizcocho una vez hecho. Tambien podeis forrar el molde con papel de horno, lo que os resulte más cómodo.
- Llevamos el bizcocho al horno y horneamos entre 30 y 35 minutos a 180ºC con calor abajo. También puedes comprobar si está hecho pinchando el centro con una brocheta, si esta te sale limpia tendrías hecho tu bizcocho.
- Ahora sacamos el bizcocho del horno, lo dejamos enfriar entre 10 y 15 minutos en el molde y después lo desmoldamos. Dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla.
- Cuando esté completamente frío puedes espolvorear un poco de azúcar glass al gusto encima del bizcocho de cacao.
