Asado de pollo. Esta es una de esas recetas perfectas para hacer cuando tenemos la mañana «liadilla» y no hay mucho tiempo para estar pendiente de la comida. Es perfecta para estas circunstancias porque llevas la bandeja al horno y te olvidas de ella hasta la hora de comer. Tan solo hay que ir vigilando de vez en cuando para asegurarnos que nuestro asado de pollo se está cocinando de manera uniforme para evitar sorpresas de última hora.
Con esta receta el pollo queda realmente rico. Crujiente por fuera y tierno y jugoso en su interior. ¿Y qué decir de las patatas? deliciosas, con un saborcito increíble. Para los pocos ingredientes que se necesitan para hacer este pollo asado con patatas el resultado es realmente impresionante. Si os apetece acompañarlo con una salsa rica podéis servirlo con una salsa romesco. Queda perfecto y podemos hacerla aprovechando que tenemos el horno encendido.
Ingredientes para 2 personas
- 2 cuartos traseros de pollo
- 10 patatas
- 8 cebollitas de guarnición
- pimienta
- romero al gusto
- sal
- aceite de oliva
Asado de pollo elaboración
- Para comenzar a elaborar este asado de pollo lo primero que vamos a hacer es cortar las patatas en cuartos y reservarlas.
- Después pelamos las cebollitas y nuevamente las reservamos hasta el momento de ponerlas en la bandeja del horno.
- A continuación vamos a poner los cuartos traseros en la bandeja del horno.
- Después añadiremos un buen chorro de aceite para que no se peguen las verduras y nos queden perfectas.
- Una vez dispuestos los cuartos traseros vamos a acomodar las patatas y las cebollitas procurando que queden bien distribuidas.
- En este momento vamos a salpimentar nuestro asado de pollo y lo regaremos generosamente con aceite de oliva intentando que este llegue a todos los rincones de nuestro pollo con patatas.
- Finalmente con el horno precalentado 200 grados centígrados horneamos entre 90 y 100 minutos solo con la función de calor de la parte baja del horno. El tiempo dependerá de cada horno y lo tostado que queramos nuestro asado de pollo.
