Ingredientes para 2/3 personas
- 3 medidas de arroz
- 125g de beicon (tocino o tocineta)
- 1 cebolla
- 1 diente de ajo
- 6 medidas de agua
- La parte verde de un puerro o de una cebolla china
- salsa de soja al gusto (sillao)
- Aceite de girasol
- Sal (al gusto)
Cómo hacer arroz chaufa chino
- Cuece el arroz. Para ello pon a fuego medio un par de cucharadas de aceite de girasol. Añade el arroz, sal al gusto y un ajo triturado o picado. Sofríe ligeramente y tras un par de minutos agrega a la olla el doble de agua que de arroz y remueve. Deja cocinar durante 10 minutos con la olla tapada sin tocar ni remover el arroz. Transcurrido este tiempo retira del fuego y reserva.
- Como vas a usar la parte verde de los puerros es imprescindible lavar las hojas muy bien para eliminar cualquier resto de tierra. Una vez que tengas las hojas lavadas las secas con papel de cocina y las cortas en trozos medianos.
- Después vas a cortar la cebolla finamente.
- Corta el bacon en trozos no demasiado pequeños.
- A continuación bates los huevos ligeramente.
- Continúas poniendo una sartén al fuego y agregando dos o tres cucharadas de aceite. Pones la sartén a fuego medio/alto y cuando el aceite esté caliente añades los huevos. No quieres una tortilla, así que no importa si se rompe. Cuando los huevos estén cuajados los retiras de la sartén y reservas.
- De nuevo pones un poco más de aceite en la sartén y cuando comience a estar caliente agrega la cebolla picada y cocina a fuego medio/bajo hasta que cambie de color y tenga un ligero tono dorado.
- En ese momento agrega el bacon y continúa cocinando durante 6/ 7 minutos más o hasta que esté en el punto de cocinado que te guste.
- Llegados a este momento vas agregando poco a poco el arroz a la sartén y lo vas mezclando con el sofrito hasta integrar todo el arroz.
- Después, mientras que sigues sofriendo el arroz agrega la salsa de soja y remueves bien para integrar con el resto de ingredientes.
- Terminas agregando los huevos al arroz al mismo tiempo que los vas cortando para que se mezcle con el resto de ingredientes. Y ya tienes listo para servir un riquísimo arroz frito.
