Es cierto que la american cheese burger no deja de ser una comida calórica y según los ingredientes que usemos, además de calórica puede ser demasiado grasa. Pero, ¿acaso no somos capaces de hacer una rica y sana hamburguesa con queso? Pues lo cierto es que si se puede, y además esta puede ser mucho más sabrosa, saludable y ligera que la que podemos tomar en cualquier restaurante.
Algunos consejos para conseguir una hamburguesa más saludable y ligera, es no abusar de salsas como la mayonesa, el kétchup o la mostaza, a cambio podemos agregarle una salsa de yogur ligera. En vez elegir un queso demasiado graso, podemos decantarnos por la versión light de algún queso que nos guste. El pan es otra de esas cuestiones importantes, y aunque yo he elegido un pan de hamburguesa casero, podéis sustituirlo por uno integral o bajo en calorías.
ingredientes para 4 personas
- 400g de carne picada (puede ser pollo, ternera, pavo, cerdo o mezcla)
- 4 cucharadas de pan rallado
- 4 cucharadas de leche
- 1 cebolla mediana
- 1 cucharada de salsa worcestershire
- sal
- pimienta
- aceite de oliva
- 4 lonchas de queso para fundir
- 4 panecillos de hamburguesas
- brotes tiernos variados
- unas hojas de rúcula
American cheese burger elaboración
- Mezclamos la carne con la leche, el pan rallado, la salsa worcestershire y la cebolla picada muy pequeña y salpimentamos.
- Formamos las hamburguesas de igual tamaño.
- Después, las hacemos a la plancha con un poco de aceite de oliva por ambos lados.
- Mientras hacemos la carne, cortamos la cebolla en aros.
- Después la cocinamos a la plancha junto con las hamburguesas. Cuando esté lista la sacamos a un plato y reservamos.
- Lavamos las hojas de lechuga y la reservamos.
- Cortamos el tomate en rodajas y nuevamente, lo reservamos.
- Cuando la carne esté hecha por los dos lados, cubrimos cada hamburguesa con una loncha de queso y tapamos la sartén para que el queso se funda. Transcurridos un par de minutos están listas para sacarlas.
- A continuación montaremos las hamburguesas con queso, para ello ponemos unas hojas de rúcula sobre cada panecillo ( en la tapa de abajo de los bocadillos), sobre estas ponemos las hamburguesas y el resto de verduras.
- Y ya tenemos listas para servir unas american cheese burger mucho más saludables que las de cualquier restaurante de comida rápida.
