Cómo hacer albóndigas griegas. Estas albóndigas son perfectas para servirlas como segundo plato acompañadas de una ensalada o para compartir un aperitivo con una cerveza fría. Tal y como suele suceder con las recetas de albóndigas, gustan a todo el mundo, pero estas además sorprenden por sus dos rellenos, que las hacen únicas e irresistibles.
Esta es una receta típica griega que se suele servir acompañada de salsa tzatziki o salsiki griego y lo cierto es que le va genial. ya que le aporta jugosidad y mucha frescura, así es que es el complemento ideal, pero también se pueden acompañar con cualquier otra salsa que sea de vuestro agrado.
Ingredientes para 4 personas
- 500gr de carne picada (ternera y cerdo al 50%)
- 1 huevo
- 4 dientes de ajo
- unas hojas de perejil fresco
- 1/2 cebolla
- 3 cucharadas de pan rallado
- aceitunas rellenas de pimiento rojo
- 150g queso feta
- sal
- pimienta negra recién molida
- 3 o 4 cucharadas de harina
- aceite de oliva para freír
Albóndigas griegas elaboración
- Comenzamos picando muy fina la cebolla, los ajos y el perejil.
- Después los añadimos en un bol junto a la carne, el pan rallado y el huevo. Salpimentamos y lo mezclamos todo muy bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
- Formamos las albóndigas con las manos húmedas para que nos resulte más sencillo darles forma.
- Cortamos el queso en dados y rellenamos la mitad de las albóndigas con un dado de queso cada una y la otra mitad con una aceituna.
- Boleamos las albóndigas de nuevo procurando que el relleno quede completamente cubierto, para que no se salga al cocinarlas.
- Contamos pasando cada albóndiga rellena por harina.
- Las freímos en aceite caliente (pero no demasiado, si no quedaran crudas) y cuando estén doradas las sacamos sobre un papel absorbente de cocina.
- Las servimos acompañadas de la salsa que más nos guste y ya tenemos listas para degustar unas deliciosas albóndigas griegas.
